Full Harvest Moon Celebration

This event, happening at a private indoor/outdoor venue in Sebastian FL is a perfect opportunity to integrate and harness the frequencies of our Autumnal Equinox and September Full "Harvest" Moon. 6 pm Phlow Yoga taught by Sophlow. Sophia seamlessly combines breath, movement and intuition to offer a simple guided vinyasa class to tune practitioners into their bodies needs. 7 pm Cacao Ceremony hosted by Astrologer, Herbalist and Teacher Ashley Reyes. Along with Sophia (Sophlow), Ashley will highlight the mythological, numerological and astrological significance of this auspicious evening. 8 pm Ecstatic Dance begins, curated/mixed by multiple hands and played on surround sound speakers placed in all 4 corners of our sanctuary in order to allow a full immersive experience. This is a sober gathering intended to create a healthy environment that allows guests to authentically express themselves without the pressure of conversing, substance use/abuse, or photography/videography. No dance experience is required, and the word "dance" itself in this context is fluid, more focused on the practitioner allowing the song to weave it's way through the individual's vessel, rather than anything performative or practiced. There will be multiple heart holders present to maintain the sacred space. These hosts are keeping their eyes open for any nonconsensual and/or disruptive/distractive behavior. Any attendees MUST RSVP and the address will be provided upon sign up. Cost is $25 for entire 4(ish) hour event. but guests are always welcome to donate more in the anticipation of more creative gatherings at our new venue.
