Connect & Ground: We begin with a Manifestation Meditation to ground into presence and clarify your intentions for this powerful lunar cycle. 2. Harmonize & Open: We attune to the group field in a Song Circle, opening the collective heart with live, co-created music. 3. Nourish & Create: We connect over a Community Potluck and contribute to a beautiful, co-created Community Art Mandala. 4. Expand & Liberate: We move energy outward and embody our becoming during a live-looping Ecstatic Dance. 5. Express & Be Heard: We claim our voices and share our unique expression in a supportive, high-vibe Freestyle Cypher. 6. Integrate & Close: We come together to witness, share, and anchor the transformation in a Closing Circle.
