Full Moon Journey

We invite you to dive with us into the celebration of the full moon evening in El Medano. With the suport of medicine of cacao ,extatic dance,music and meditation we ll reconnect with ourselves,tap into our inner power and connect with others . Lets open our hearts and senses and savour the magic of being here and now on that special night Throughout the evening you will be invited to flow through the deep proces that will consist of: Cacao Ceremony Ecstatic dance Sound Ceremonies with tibetan singing bowls,gongs, handpans and solfeggio scale sounds. The journey will be led for you by two Davids What is a Cacao Ceremony? It's a meeting in a sacred space of the circle ,where we open our hearts to connect with each other in meditation and celebration of life. We will start with prepearing the brew together. What is Ceremonial Cacao? Unprocessed raw cacao is an ancient medicine,planted and collected with the intention of use in ceremony. It has wonderful heart-opening abilitles which allow us to step into the sacred space.Cacao has been used in such way by Mezoamerican tribes through thousens of years. Pillars of the evening: 1.Cacao. Intentional preperation of the brew acompanied by playing instruments together is a wonderful way to connect with each other. Its a form of prayer and apportunity to tap into the joy of life. You are invited to bring your own instruments (djembes,handpans,flutes,rattles) 2.Dance- through the movment we can deeply connect with our bodies. Its an opportunity to let go of all of the tensions and unblock the energy flow within our sistem. We will flow through the waves of sounds douring lead Extatic Dance ceremony 3. Meditation-focused awerness is the base of all the ceremonies and all spiritual practices. After Extatic Dance we will invite you to relexation concert.
