He will combine his extensive knowledge of West Coast Swing with his Chiropractic and Functional Movement training to offer us a unique West Coast Swing learning experience. Brady will cover posture, weight transfers, body isolations and functional movement to improve both dance and overall health. These workshops are for all levels.
