A dive into different families of lifts, with a focus on anchored ones. Where and how to engage our bodies to make our acrobatics smooth, effortless-feeling and safe. How to bring these movements to life in our dancing through musicality, technique, connection... and consent. Content for all levels will be offered. My sets grow organically. Never fixed, always responding to the moment. Each transition is a conversation between movement and melody, a shared creation with the room. I aim to build an atmosphere where dancers feel invited to explore, play, and dive deeper. When the floor becomes one living pulse, the music finds its true voice. Be creative: how can I make it a pleasant/inspiring experience? Express your needs and boundaries. At any time you can end a dance. - If someone felt uncomfortable in the interaction with you, listen attentively, give apologies if needed & learn from the experience.
