Fusion House Party

DFW Fusion Dancing is having a house party! Austin Fusion Festival was amazing and we need to keep the energy going. We are excited to see and dance with you again! There is plenty of street parking DJs: CatScratch Fancypants Feel free to bring a snack or drinks. I’ll also have an art wall set up for people to draw on to commemorate the party. Fusion dance is a type of contemporary social improvised partner dance that combines different dance styles to create a new aesthetic. It does not conform to any particular defined dance styles, but typically uses a lead-follow approach that emphasizes musicality. Fusion dancing may involve creating a new dance style, combining existing styles, or both. In practice it may look like blues, swing, Zouk, or other dances depending on your dance background. Have fun and dance to the music!
