Get ready for 10+ hours of solid Brazilian zouk goodness as we say goodbye to 2022 and welcome 2023 together, featuring Renato Ramalho, Nhat & Gigi, Joshua "Juice" Hernandez, Xavier Heskin, DJ Hondo aka Eddy-Alejandro Velasquez, DJ Dr Oleo aka Pinaki Ghosh, DJ Fogo aka João Cabral, Just Jacob, and more! (All Levels with some Advanced) - 8:30p - Joshua & Xavier: Urban Musicality (All Levels with some Advanced) - 9:30p - Just Jacob: Pião to Balão & Back Again (Advanced) + SAT 12/31 (10:30p to 4a) - Total 5.5 hours social dance party with snacks, midnight toast, and tons of dancing with DJs Nhat, Hondo, Dr Oleo, Fogo, Just Jacob, and friends! SAFETY PRECAUTIONS + Attenders are welcome to use masks (or request such from dance partners), but we won't enforce them for this event. + Neither proof of vaccination for COVID-19 nor proof of a negative COVID-19 test are necessary to participate in the event as of November 2022, and we will notify all participants of any unexpected changes in this policy if they arise via email to the same account used to register. + All attenders must certify that they will not attempt to gain admittance to the event if they have been diagnosed with an active case of COVID-19 or have experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19 such as fever or cough or shortness of breath from Saturday 14 December 2022 onwards without having first been cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities or the health care team responsible for their treatment. + If an attender begins to display any symptoms associated with COVID-19 such as fever or cough or shortness of breath during the event, staff reserves the right to request that such an attender pass a negative COVID-19 test via an FDA approved OTC self-test kit at no cost to them such that if they test positive or refuse this test that they will no longer be able to participate in the event. + Reduced indoor capacity and facilities thoroughly cleaned throughout the event with hand sanitizing encouraged in the event of partner switching. + All participant names, emails, and phone numbers confidentially recorded to facilitate contact tracing, if necessary.
