Drink: Orange Juice, Gin Tonic, Cuba Libre or Vodka Orange (1 option)
Arroz con Mariscos:
Baby octopus, shrimp, and other seafood sautéed over high heat. with special chili paste and a combination of spices. It is served mixed with rice and onion and lettuce salad.
Lomo Saltado:
Rice, French fries, and meat sautéed over high heat with oyster mushrooms, soy sauce, and white wine, complemented with onions and tomatoes.
Fettuccine con Lomo:
Fettuccine pasta with non-spicy yellow pepper sauce. accompanied by sautéed loin. Beef with oyster mushrooms, tomatoes and onions
** VEGAN OPTION AVAILABLE - green pasta with tomatoes and olives with almonds.
