¡ Rambling Preamble ! : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : A sunny day in the middle of May, dozens of primates with clothes were out doing monkey business with a bunch Tomtar & Troll gathered 'round a massive sound system at The Groovement Day Festival. As the continuous groove grew out of their hangout in the Troll Forest, cheeky smiles were shared and bumping jams were heard as slacklines thumped along with basslines and various other flow toys spiralled out of control and back again. In June, it's said they'll return for another sauna and swim in the lake, letting loose on the dance floor and cosying up around the fire and throwing down under yet another bluebird sky sprinkled with spruce and sunshine. ~ ~ GBG FlowFest ~ Daytime Flow Festival ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ You're invited to partake in an experience out of the ordinary, weaving together layers of our somatic experience in ceremonial (and seriously silly) ways to celebrate the incredible capacities of our physical form and awareness. After our sober getting-high-on-your-body's-supply Embodiment Journey, we share a Dinner and engage in Super Serious Games before we break out the Jams and spread out to Workshops. Once the Closing DJ-set hits, nobody knows what will happen. When wrapping up the FlowFest tho, there'll likely be a bunch of warm & fuzzy primates afterglowing around the fireplace, or cooling off in the lake after getting sweaty in the sauna.
