Gent Contactimpro F O C U S S E D JAM

Welcome this Friday to the Ghent FOCUSSED JAM. Sharing the contactimprovisation dance and space with a mutual focus or specific intention. The focal point can be a moving quality, a visual form, a body part, a direction, an emotion, an impulse from out- or inside, a technical skill... whatever we/you decide to engage with. There are 2 focussed CI jams every month, on Fridays, 19h-22h. DATES for Jan, Febr and March: 12/1, 26/1, 9/2, 23/2, 9/3, 23/3! We start together with setting the intention/frame for the evening + collective warm-up. We end with sharing experiences or breath or bodywork. There will be a box where you can contribute between 3 and 5 euros for the studio cost. Where? DE VLOER - 3rd floor in NEST - the old library at 'de Zuid'. See you there!
