About this Event
Get Grounded Women’s Retreat
When was the last time you got grounded?
No, I mean really grounded?
Bare feet on the earth, connected with nature. Escaped the business of life to drop out of your head and get back into your body?
Eva and Courtney of Seeking Wilder have created a soul nourishing weekend, to immerse ourselves in nature on this camping retreat.
We are creating a sacred space for you to connect back in with yourself and connect with your sisters, with a side of Full Moon magic.
Throughout the retreat we will immerse ourselves within mindfulness and meditation practices, exploring self-awareness, self-care and self-love deeper together through soul-centred workshops, and ritual practices.
As well as learning to live in alignment with the cycles of our bodies and the moon, with a personalised astrological birth chart reading (valued @ $200).
Let’s harness the power of this Pisces Full Moon, as you tap into your intuition and inner emotions, with a big focus on self-care and coming to love yourself deeper. We will come together in circle under the light of the moon for an evening filled with cacao, embodiment + ecstatic dance.
What better way to get grounded then to sleep under the stars, surrounded by Peppermint trees, at one of WA’s most beautiful camping locations - Honeymoon Pool in Collie

About your facilitators:
Eva Sumpter
Most days you will find Eva at the beach. Practicing yoga, creating art, writing poetry or dancing into the sunset. Self care is at the top of her priority list and is dedicated to being her own best lover first and foremost.
Life never used to look this way for her.
She battled with severe anxiety, and suffered from clinical depression for over 10 years aswell as PTSD.
As she reached her early 20s she had enough of living a life that consisted of getting by, medication didn’t feel like an aligned choice so she turned to holistic healing.
She became obsessed with understanding the human mind and body and healed herself of all mental health struggles.
She went on a journey of personal development and spiritual growth, attending a multitude of workshops, retreats and undergoing courses.
Naturally she wanted to pass on her learnings and started coaching women with their own mental and physical health struggles.
Eva is passionate about guiding women back home to themselves. Showing you that you are your greatest teacher and your greatest healer.
She recently did her training as a reiki practitioner and continues to refer herself as a student of life!
She deeply values self awareness, vulnerability, compassion, community and connection which led her to hosting sister circles and creating women’s workshops and retreats.
