GetOpen Sessions & Move n Groove return to the Jersey waterfront for another epic wellness & House music day party. Cultivating wellness & community through holistic disciplines, art, movement & music, GetOpen Sessions joins Move n Groove in association with Jersey City Caribbean Carnival Parade to present GetOpen Sessions Move N Groove, The Jersey City Caribbean Carnival waterfront wellness day party & lime! We're happy to be, once again, serving as an official event of the 29th annual Jersey City Caribbean Carnival! GetOpen Sessions Move n Groove brings to the people a day of wellness and fitness workshops and movement therapies featuring all-ages activities in an incredible outdoor atmosphere with an eclectic blend of music & beats as your soundscape. You are all invited to picnic, sun, lounge, LIME & (especially) DANCE with an unmatched view of the NYC Skyline as your backdrop. The program is still coming together so follow us and stay tuned. For your participation will be yoga and meditative movement workshops! Your presence & energy round out the day as music fills the air for a festival that closes with an open air dance party for children of all ages and fitness levels. All are welcome to enjoy our healing village & dance until the sun sets for a view of NYC that you can only get from the NJ waterfront.
