Glamour up your Style - Bachata Workshop

"Glamour up your style" workshop is back! Do you want to look better on the dance floor? Would you like to express more “drama” in your dance? Ladies, do you want to look more glamorous? Leaders, do you want your follower to experience how it feels dancing with a pro? This three-hour workshop is aimed to improve all of this by a set of dedicated exercises that will explore the main challenges of every dance student: posture, flow, connection, body awareness and control. Nature of the workshop: Only limited number of spaces are available. This will enable the following benefits: - teachers will focus their attention to each student’s technique and provide personalized feedback. - create a relaxed and outspoken atmosphere where there is free flow of communication between student and teachers. - you will experience the benefits of a private class at the price of a workshop. Structure of the workshop: Individual exercises improving and glamouring up the basics, with focus on arms movements, footwork, posture and body isolation Partner work: - focusing on musicality and on how to adjust your dance to the different parts of the song, - for leaders: when and how to release your partner - for followers: when and how to use one or two hands for styling Teachers: Saray and Denis are back again. They are bachata instructors, leading Dublin Touch community, with several years’ experience in teaching and performing.
