"Every style of dance is a tribute to the elements of the spirit" ~ Shah Asad Rizvi This month we'll step into full elemental expression in our hearts and in the dance... we welcome the magic of Bali to invite the layers of our being to connect with our natural world, allowing our patterns to shift with creative flow, and inviting exploration as our inspiration... and the beats ...move us in new ways. Dance is love, community, nourishment, inspiration, connection, bliss... GLOW invites a gatherings of community to co-create a journey together... with a mix of local and worldwide teachers, DJs, artists, and musicians to weave a rich experience within and with all. ..come together and glow with us! ✨ 8:00 pm Doors open, Welcome 8:15 Element Dance warmup w/ Malaika MaVeena Darville 8:30 Dance Wave w/DJ Mailaika & Journey Weaver 10:00 Soundscape Integration 10:15 Closing & Connection w/Tea 💜 Arriving Invitation: please try to arrive by 8pm, and after that honor your entrance into the dance by taking a mindful walk around the outer edge of the space to drop in, connect, and arrive as you join the journey 💜 Afterglow - In honoring the dance and integrating the experience, we will conclude with humming of gratitude and gathering to connect and enjoy complimentary herbal tea 💠 LOCATION 💠 Karuna Center for Yoga & Healing Arts 25 Main St. Northampton, MA (3rd Floor) Parking available in Lot beside building and along the street. Entrance in front and Hall inside lobby to the right. Accessibility: Karuna and restrooms are fully handicapped accessible with an elevator to the third floor.
