Hello Glow Flow Family! We are super excited to be hosting another Glow Flow Jam with Workshops on Saturday, March 12th from 12:30-6:00pm in Santa Monica. Expect good vibes, 4 workshops, community, creative collaboration, connection and flow. All props, flow and experience levels are welcome. SCHEDULE 12:30- Welcome & Flow 1:00- Spring Awakening Meditation with Violet 2:00- Intermediate Hoop Dance with Bianca 3:00- Poi Flowers with Andy 4:00- Clowning Through Play with Joe 5:00-6:00 Flow Jam with DJ Araminta WORKSHOPS: Spring Awakening Meditation A Guided meditation with Violet This is a time to reflect on what helps us to grow and transform. Please bring a blanket, mat, chair or pillow to melt into as we awaken to focus on our power to grow! Intermediate Hoop Dance with Bianca In this workshop we will learn off body hoop moves including escalator variations, rolls and more with an emphasis on finding fun transitions between hoop moves. Bring your favorite hoop! We will have extra hoops to borrow and some Hoops available to purchase. Poi Flowers 101 with Andy Caps, Inspin, Antispin, Wallplanes, and Whirlies. Bring your own poi, we will have a few sets to borrow. Clowning Through Play with Joe In this Intro to Clown Mini Workshop you will heighten your sense of play, expand your comfort zone and explore new ways to connect with an audience.
