Hello Glow Flow Family! We are super excited to be hosting another Glow Flow Jam with workshops on Saturday, August 28th from 2pm-8pm in Santa Monica. 💖🙌 Expect good vibes, music, flow arts workshops, creative collaboration, and the magic that happens in a collective flow state. ✨ All props, flow and experience levels are welcome. SCHEDULE: 2:00 - Arrive and Flow 3:00 - Balance Your Flow with Caroline 4:00 - Intro to Staff Choreography with Momo 5:00 - Hoop Dance with Bianca 6:00 - Intro to Single Ball Contact Juggling with Alex 7:00 - Glow Flow Jam!
