Gratitude Dance x Mama

THURSDAY 19/08 ❤ Dear Family ! 🙏 ♥️ ✨ In December last year, here in Reykjavík the 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 project was born. It happened spontaneously as my farewell party in order to thank for all the amazing gifts I received last year. It happened that I continued to organize 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 events on the paradise island of Koh Phangan in southern Thailand throughout 2021. There are no words to describe how much magic this project brought into my life and the life of my tribe of the tropical crystal island. Now came the time for 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 to return to its' roots here where it all has started, who's in?! ❤ Expressing 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 reduces stress, increases optimism and actually changes our brain. We can't think about better way of expressing gratitude than doing so through a dance with your beloved ones. Dancing is an active meditation. When we dance we go beyond thought, beyond mind and beyond our individuality to become one in the divine ecstasy of the union with the Cosmic Spirit. This is the essence of trance dance experience.
