In this dance we tap into our feelings. We breathe together. We feel our body, on the floor, in the dance space. We notice our community holding our dance container. A container of safety to express. And if it feels right to you, we invite you to open your heart and reflect on, What in your life are you grateful for? What blessings have you received this year? Who has the universe provided you with that makes your life brighter?
