¡ Rambling Preamble ! We're at it again folks -- getting groovy in tune with our bodies and minds, in cocreative community. ... this time with a fresh frame around the event: it's a Lab. In a Groovement Lab, we're free to move & explore like nobody's business. We're playing, flowing and growing, in deepening connection with ourselves and each other. "Free Your Mind... and Your Ass Will Follow", as time traveling funkateer George Clinton professed. We're doing it the other way around as well. ~ Groovement Lab ~ GL is an ever-evolving cultural toolkit we're playing around- and experimenting with in facilitating expansive experiences in relating to movement, music, and ourselves. We're activating and stitching our senses together in exploring the Groovement that just might arise from their overlaps and intersections. You're invited to partake in an experience out of the ordinary, weaving together layers of our somatic experience in ceremonial (and seriously silly) ways to celebrate the incredible capacities of our physical form and awareness.
