Group Explorations

Here we go! The last session was so lovely; easing into expression, group dancing. It feels like we're all listening/working/playing together. I'm getting excited about meeting on the 24th as I post. Sourcing--connecting with your body, following impulses and spontaneity Ensemble states--tuning exercises, composition and non-composition, playful ways to connect Scores—games and structures to get us going and to distract a busy mind. We’ll dance with contact improvisation, music and connections through space, time and movement. Come and play!
