Guided Ecstatic Flow featuring Cosmal

Join us for an immersive dance workshop while being bathed in lovely original music by Ryan Coyle of Cosmal. This workshop will be a guided movement session, inviting students to drop all attachments to ego, and focus on expression. Exploring what may be new and different types of dance movement. Including a full warm up session, interpretive movement and flow, and some entrancing hoop sequencing. $30 per person.
