3/31（金）～4/2（日） ミロンガ会場となるアクロス福岡イベントホール（B2F）ではギジェルモ・モンテレオネ 写真展の開催が決定！ かの有名な「サロン・カニング」にはタンゴの印象的なシーンを納めた巨大な壁画がありますが、これはギジェルモ・モンテレオネ氏の作品です。 なんと、今年のミロンガ会場はブエノス・アイレスからやってくるギジェルモ・モンテレオネ氏の作品で飾られることになりました。またミロンガでは、ギジェルモ・モンテレオネ氏が制作したばかりの未発表のビデオも公開されます。 皆さん、どうぞお楽しみに！ 【Guillermo Monteleone ～ ギジェルモ・モンテレオネ】 Absolut Joy、Diesel、Mango、Rosignolなどの数多くのファッションブランドや、Elleなどのファッション雑誌、Sony、アルゼンチン航空、Kodakなど多くの企業イメージ写真を手掛け、世界のトップモデルとともに仕事をしてきたギジェルモ・モンテレオネの作品は、80年代「ファッションとヴァンガード」のシンボルとして注目を浴びてきた。1984年に手掛けたUFO JEANSのキャンペーンイメージは、その斬新なスタイルでアルゼンチンのファッション写真のパイオニアとして評価され、数年後にはアメリカ、ヨーロッパのファッション界に多大な影響を与えた。美と斬新さ、機能性を追求した広告写真家として国際的に活躍するモンテレオネは、この20年余り自国のタンゴダンスに注目し、ミロンガに集まる人々をカメラに収めている。 It’s an honor for us to be able to announce the exhibition of photographs by the well-known photographer Guillermo Monteleone. Many of the participants of the milonga may have already visited the Salón Caning at Buenos Aires sometime, -one of the most representative milongas for the Buenos Aires citizens-, where an impressive mural with pictures that capture the essence of tango is displayed. That mural is one of the works by Guillermo Monteleone. The milonga halls at Fukuoka will be arranged with his photographs, plus a video with singular beauty, elaborated recently, that has never been showed before, will be projected as well.
