This is a substance-free, heart-centered event designed to let you express yourself through movement while connecting with a community of like-minded souls. What to Expect: DJ & Sound Journey: Move to beats that will uplift your spirit and energize your body. Costumes Encouraged: Channel your inner spirit by dressing up! Be playful, be creative—let your costume reflect your unique self. Sacred, Substance-Free Space: This is a safe environment free of alcohol or drugs, where you can dive deep into your dance journey. Ecstatic Dance Flow: Begin with a grounding warm-up, followed by free-flow dance, and ending with a meditative cool-down. Details: Doors open at 6:00 PM. We start promptly at 6:15 PM with a welcome circle and intention-setting. All levels of experience are welcome! No prior dance experience is necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to move. Bring water and comfortable clothing, in addition to your costume. You can also bring an item for the altar if you'd like to add to the collective energy. Guidelines: Substance-free event (no alcohol, drugs, or mind-altering substances). No talking on the dance floor—express yourself through movement. Respect the space and each other. This is a non-judgmental, safe zone for all.
