Join the Heart Center community as we celebrate the fun festivities of Halloween to FREE YOUR MIND, FREE YOUR BODY, FREE YOUR SOUL. Come as you are and set yourself free! Ecstatic dance invites you to feel into your own body and move in whatever way is the most authentic to you. The music moves in waves, first slow and smooth, then slowly ramping up in intensity as we allow the rhythms to carry us into our true expression, and finally back down into stillness and meditation. The dance floor is a judgment free space for movement, meditation and pure freedom of expression. We are here to hold a space where everyone feels welcome, safe, and embraced to be and move as they wish. Halloween costumes welcomed and encouraged! Pastelle is a Seattle-based DJ eager to share his passion and belief that music and movement are a potent recipe for transformative experiences. Heavily influenced by his ecstatic dance events, he creates spaces where intuitive movement becomes a vessel for emotional processing and self-discovery. This year has seen Pastelle explode onto the scene with bookings at an array of diverse events, crafting his range in the process. He likes to challenge norms with his selections and how they meld, inviting the audience to fill the gaps with their own stories, as diverse organic sounds converge.
