She'll teach 4hrs Ginga Goddess Bootcamp & you'll be able to perform with her on Stage at the Sydney Afro Kizomba Weekender on Saturday Night! Introducing Ginga Goddess, a transformative dance class that will revolutionize the way you see yourself and connect with your body. Whether you're a seasoned Kizomba dancer or have never danced before, this is your opportunity to embark on a movement practice that will light up your soul and deepen your love and connection with yourself. Ginga is more than just dance moves; it's the embodiment of your unique flavor, your swagger, and the secret sauce that you bring to your every step. It's about embracing your individual expression through movement and musicality, and it's a powerful tool to help you reconnect with your body and radiate confidence from within. This is a project about celebrating women, celebrating the female form. To empower ourselves and empowering each other through dance. Liberating our bodies through movement. This project will be created by women for women and dancers of all levels and is for anyone that wants to learn how to dance! I want to help you become the Goddess of your own life This is for you if you are looking to take your dancing to the next level. This dance ritual is designed to get more connected with who you are, and to teach you how to express that in your dancing. The intent is to help you move from your head and into your body. It will help you connect to yourself and your essence, deepen connection with partner in dance, and find that place where you can surrender and let go of any tension or resistance that may be in the way of expressing yourself freely through movement.
