Together we rise. 5Rhythms Dance is a transformative movement meditation practise that easefully inspires you to connect with your own authentic movement that comes from within, to come to your body and true essence.There are no steps to follow, you are invited to follow your own dance, allowing whatever is moving through you to be expressed, guided by a journey through the 5Rhythms movement map of flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness that together create a wave. As we enter the flow of our dance, our mind begins to relax, and our deeper dance begins to open. Dance with whatever is moving in you and allow it to shift and transform. Reconnect with the joy of dance, come home to your body, reconnect with your heart, soul, and true essence. Suitable for all ages and levels of experience. Witnessing movement practise also known as authentic movement is a transformative movement process where we move and dance while witnessed by others creating a powerful experience of being held and seen in our truth. In this field of being held and seen our deeper truth emerges which can be profoundly healing. She is one of the pioneers of Conscious Dance in Australia and the director of Radiance Dance 5Rhythms a vibrant dance community in Sydney which has been running for 13 years. She is passionate about helping people to rediscover the joy and healing power of dance movement. Her greatest joy is in witnessing people blossoming into their freedom, authenticity and joy through dance, regardless of age or physical ability. Her dance floor attracts all ages from 20 - 80. Michelle holds a sacred space of deep presence, inviting people to step into the sacred dimension of themselves. She has been leading dance classes and workshops in Sydney, Melbourne & internationally for the past 20 years.
