(Live percussion) Son Cubano 🇨🇺 Known as the father of salsa, Son is a traditional Cuban dance. Characterized by its cadence and elegance, it is danced contra tempo. Do not miss the opportunity to enjoy this 1h 10 minutes workshop. Come with us to learn a little more about Cuban dances, I can tell you, you will love it!!! Salsa Style 🇨🇺 This workshop is going to be divided into two parts, first we are going to work separately on the style of the leaders and the followers, giving each one tools for when they must feel comfortable when they must dance without a partner. The second part is dedicated to working on our dance as a couple to achieve a more stylish and tastier dance. Afro Body Movements 🇨🇺 Without going to a specific orisha, here we are going to work on the afro in general, we are going to mix all kinds of steps and Afro movements. An hour and a half of Afro body movements with live percussion to deeply work on the rhythm, strength, energy and flexibility that are typical of these dances, to achieve a nice flow in your dance. Merengue is closely related to bachata and suits both those who are beginners in dancing and those who have danced a lot. This is something you will benefit from in other dance styles as well. Bachata Tradicional 🇩🇴 The Dominican style characterized by a lot of hip movements and fast footwork. Musicality, body movement and footwork is on the list!
