1️⃣ 1ST HOUR ZOUK FUNDAMENTALS - WILL & NINA --> Going over some of the basic zouk rhythms and feelings, which is essential to progress to HEAD MOVEMENTS. 2️⃣2ND HOUR HEAD MOVEMENTS TECHNIQUE - HARRY & NINA --> Spending some time working solo and in partners to understand zouk technique for head movements, with an emphasis on comfort and safety. Teaching a head movement sequence (mostly on the spot or in shadow position) that used in BACHATA. 3️⃣3RD HOUR DYNAMIC HEAD MOVEMENTS - HARRY & NINA --> Breaking down technique behind travelling head movements, tilted turns, working on eliminating the bad habits usually bachata dancers does with travelling head movements. Our aim is that by the end of the 3 hours the students have a good grasp of head movement technique, learnt few moves they can apply to their bachata social dancing, and also got a taster of the zouk feeling.
