Heart Ceremony: Rooftop Ecstatic Dance

Join us for this special evening at A State of Mind Healing Center in downtown Boulder Colorado We will gather for a dance journey with space to move and dance (or to stay in stillness) and enjoy a roof top sunset over the mountains And then move into a Ceremony with Breathwork & meditation lead by Julian, accompanied by music & sound healing. Afterwards, there will be time for sharing and connecting. We will offer Ceremonial grade Cacao from Guatemala, Blue Lotus tincture and Kanna. As part of the ceremony, you are welcome to try all three of these or one or two (or none) as you feel called.
