(Give yourself some extra time to find a spot as parking can be harder to find in this area.) CFR is an organization that is providing real help to real people with team number 16 on the way in November. Cash for Refugees is a nonprofit MA-based organization that delivers cash directly to the most vulnerable populations that are displaced from regions of Ukraine that are under attack. They are also currently helping families that have lost electricity. 🇺🇦Their mission: “We give unexpected financial support to refugees to help them restore some sense of hope and agency. Founded by refugees, for refugees, we give cash directly to people displaced by the war in Ukraine. We focus on the most vulnerable: women with children, the elderly, and the disabled. We work with no bureaucracy and minimal overhead.
