As the days grow longer and brighter, we come together to stretch, connect, and dance in celebration of life, community, and freedom. We begin with a soulful and activating Rise & Shine Warmup led by the luminous Atira Hope—a visionary artist, movement guide, and creative spirit. With a name that means “Prayer of Hope,” Atira brings the essence of gratitude and vibrant life force into her facilitation. Expect a playful fusion of gentle stretching, creative exploration, and contact-based connection that will ground us in presence and light us up from within. Then we move into an expansive and heart-opening Ecstatic Dance Journey with Djini of the Heart Hive team. A beloved local DJ and sonic storyteller, Djini weaves together a rich tapestry of global rhythms, electronic textures, and soulful beats to guide you on an unforgettable dance journey. Whether it's your first time or your fiftieth, let yourself be carried by the music and the magic of our hive. We’ll close the morning in gentle unity with Flow & Glow, a guided relaxation and breathing practice led by Heart Hive’s own Montana. This soft landing will help us integrate our experience, reconnect with our breath, and bask in the glow of our collective energy. We encourage you to walk, bike and take the T. Free, on-street parking on Sundays and limited spots available at the venue. Instead of selling tickets, we are now accepting donations to help cover our new overhead as well as have more to properly pay talented artists and facilitators.
