She went viral in summer of 2023 with a video of her breastfeeding while DJing at Spiritweavers Gathering, and has been featured in dozens of publications including Popculture magazine for the story of her pioneering the crossroads of motherhood & music. She has been collaborating with headlining festival producers as well as producing her own music for over a dozen years, and has become a staple on ecstatic dance floors around the world with her viral track 'Tincture' (with KR3TURE). Her mama-focused label Möonbabe Records is on a mission to uplift mothers and women in music. You can hear Heather’s songs around the world on dance floor, in commercials, and on the winds of inspiration. The live set is an eclectic, booty-shaking blend of global genres, and is a deep and heightening emotive journey of presence. Heather artfully weaves in her own original music + voice as well as features live collaborators such as her husband, Vir McCoy, on ethnic instruments. Shannon offers exquisite meditations while creating impeccable sacred space. Participants often reflect on how incredibly safe they feel in her field. www.ShannonSahaja.com Food: Sacred Decadence (Leela Maya) Leela started her journey as a raw vegan dessert chef in 2007 during the early days of Cafe Gratitude where it first began in San Francisco and Marin County. It was working there that she discovered the power of intention, community, & how truly nourishing food felt like sensual kitchen witch craft for her soul. It was love at first bite. Since then she has been a chef and product developer for local healthy food companies like Urban Remedy and Good Earth. She is wholeheartedly happy to serve the Bay Area Dance Community in nourishing connection from within. When she is not playing with her food, Leela teaches Play based Authentic Relating & Connection Classes, Full & New Moon Circles for Womyn+, & Cacao Ceremony Soundbaths. She believes that love, joy, connection, and play are key ingredients to a healthy happy life. Blessed Be and Bon Appétit! ----- All are Welcome, Without Restrictions or Limitations.
