To keep the organizing of it simple, it will be a bit of a DIY (do it yourself) dinner. You just bring your own food (i.e. takeaway) to the dinner and you can buy your drinks in our bar. If you need plates/cutlery, we have this available for you in the kitchen. It is not a potluck (sammenskudsgilde), you just bring food for yourself and eat alongside the other people who have brought their own food. Although, swapping/trading food is of course welcome at the table 😁 ❤ We will set up a table for the dinner in the Savoy room and if a lot of people join, we can easily bring out more tables/chairs. The band will be setting up and doing a sound test while the dinner is ongoing, which we trust will just add to the cozy atmosphere. 🥳 At 20.00, we hope all participants of the dinner will help us quickly clean up after the dinner, so we can get the dance floor ready for the first DJ set and upcoming live music.
