There will be games that you might be familiar with like a Snowball, but most of the games will probably be new to you, like "Touch all walls" or "Close your eyes". The Lindy Games aim to add a twist to your normal Lindy Hop dancing and are guaranteed to be a lot of fun! - Jedi Competition - Haven't you always wanted to try and dance like a Jedi? And how does a Jedi dance you ask? Using the force of course! In this informal and slightly silly competition you will be partnering up and then asked to lead and follow using only the force - and no other connection! Some great local musicians lead by Kurt Højbjerg will create a late night jam session for your dancing pleasure. And did you know: You are welcome to join them! Bring your instrument if you play one or ask them if you could sing a song with them! But we also have another great taster class for you this evening: Switch Dancing with Alexander and Patricia! In this taster class, you will get an introduction to switching lead/follow role in the middle of your partner dancing, which is a lot of fun and gives you a completely new view of the dance. You don't need to have experience dancing both roles to join! Also, this taster will prepare you well for the Switch game we will be playing right after the taster!
