Hispanic Heritage Social Dance Night

Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with culturally immersive guided dance lessons, and a dance social! Perfect for beginners of all backgrounds that wish to learn 3 of the most popular latin social dances. Merengue, Bachata & Salsa classes start at 6:30pm. Partner is not required. Minimum $10 beverage purchase required. Hosted by Jason Ramos -Baila Con Gusto CT . . . Agenda 06:00 PM - 06:30 PM Mix & Mingle Jason Ramos Latin music will play in the background. Guests can use this time to check in, buy drinks, get in a few warm up dances, and mingle with the other guests. 06:30 PM - 08:00 PM Salsa, Bachata & Merengue Dance Lessons Jason Ramos This 90 minute block will be used to teach the fundamental steps, turn patterns, and body movements. Small breaks will be mixed in between for sips and rest. These classes are beginner focused. There will be something fun to learn for everyone! Partner is not required, individual drop ins welcome! 08:00 PM - 09:00 PM Extended Mixer and Dance Social Jason Ramos Salsa, Bachata & Merengue music will play til close. Guests are welcome to dance with the instructor, mingle with other guests, order wine at the bar, and practice what they learned with each other!
