Holiday Zouk Labs with Jeremy Hale

Jeremy Hale, a professional teacher, movement analyst, and dancer specializing in body mechanics will be joining us this winter. He'll be offering labs, guided practicas, diagnostic sessions (more info on this soon), private lessons, and dancing with us at socials. ✨😄✨️ I’m super excited to share the lab topics with you! All of these concepts are very useful tools to have in your dancing toolbelt to help you create, explore, and adapt comfortably on the dance floor as a lead or follow :) Each open level lab will cover advanced fundamental principles, but are still accessible for newer dancers as well. The focus will be on application to Zouk, but the principles can be applied to any partner dance, and to either role. Each lab is about 2 to 2.5 hours long with an additional hour for guided practice time. ------------------------------------------------------------ Class Info: Sunday, December 21 | Lab 4:30-8:00pm | "Less is More" — adding texture and depth to your dance without adding more moves -------- There is a Dec. 21st social at 8pm which is not included in the event pass.
