Blessings Brampton Community, Toronto Conscious Community builders, Jesse Buck & Jeremy Legault are happy to be teaming up to create an adventurous and diverse ecstatic dance experience that will include a DJ Set, Live Music, Movement Facilitation and a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath. Jesse & Jeremy are a dynamic duo who seek to inspire and enliven the creative expression through Dance and Play. We are two experienced facilitators who take pride in offering a gathering that is well intentioned, safe and high vibrational. When we chose to fully immerse ourselves into our bodies through dance and into the soul through sound we are allowing deeper levels of awareness, inspiration, creativity and freedom to unfold. We will be drinking a delicious Hot Cacao Elixir which will warm up our hearts and energize our bodies for the Dance Party. On this special night you can look forward to a diverse DJ set with live music that will guide you on a journey from meditative stillness to the playfulness of freedom! Jeremy plays a blend of Roots Reggae, Rock & Folk and infuses a positive conscious message dedicated to the times we're living in. You can look forward to an uplifting journey through guitar, vocals, beatboxing, looping and native american flute. He will also get the dance floor stirring up with some live looping tracks. Jesse Buck will be closing out the party with a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath Meditation which will guide us with ease into the realms of healing frequency and relaxing sounds. Prepare to relax, surrender and become one with the vibrations as we wind down after the dance party. The intention is to help you let go, relax and bring healing balance to the physical, emotional and energetic bodies.
