Wearing Christmas glam, ballgowns, festive headgear and ugly sweaters is highly encouraged! Sat 19 Dec 2-3pm - Fireside Chat with Joy and Brian Joy joins us from Vancouver and Brian from San Francisco to chat about music, rhythm, and their personal journeys with swing. They're taking questions from the audience too. 3.15-4.15pm - Workshop with Karen - Squat Charleston Up your solo jazz game as we learn and explore one of the most challenging but satisfying steps - squat Charleston! 4.30-5.30pm - Workshop with Thom and Aurore - Solo in Partnership Learn an original solo routine then stick around as we dance it in partnership (partner only required for the last third of the workshop) 5.30pm on - questions, practice, music, hang out Sun 20 Dec 6.30-7.30pm - Music Talk with Philippe For anyone who loves music - get to know the great swing dance bands from the 1930s and 40s, with HK Swings' head DJ 7.30-8.30pm - DJ Hour Grab some dinner, a snack, and your favorite beverage and enjoy it to the best swing tunes from our HK Swings DJs and guests 8.30-9pm - Quizmas Quiz Join us for a quiz with quizmaster Lawrence.
