Join taina for a movement playshop delving into curiosity about your unique sensual and sexual nature. In this group we will: -Begin to unwind patterns from your heart and body that keep you out of integrity with the way you want to connect with Self & Other. -Hold patterns that may cause you or others harm in playful compassion. -Explore boundaries, longing, pleasure, and authentic relating through movement, writing/sharing, and relating practices. There will not be any sexual explicit contact with other participants in this space. There will be an option for an integration call after the group for anyone who would like to meet. This space is a LGBTQIA-friendly and ally space - open to all women - basically if this resonates with you, I want you there! If you have questions please reach out. Taina is a somatic ritualist, holistic healer, and Contact Improv dance teacher. She has facilitated group rituals and classes since 2008, including at Touch & Play: Earthdance, an intimacy, dance, and sexuality festival.
