Hot Pink: A Fierce and Fun Ecstatic Dance

Hot Pink is my new favorite color.. !So we're going to dance with it! In the first of a series of colorful Ecstatic Dances, we will have fun with the playful and expressive energies of fierceness, sassyness, and the unapologetically LOUD. We will begin with a warmup of improvisational movement through play to bring out your loudness and brightness. Come move with community to some energetic music and give space to give yourself permission to be exactly who you are with reckless abandon. **We will be having this dance in the room behind the main sanctuary so we can be in an air conditioned room. Because of this, we will not have the same amount of space as we usually do.
