Howl - Sunday May 30th

Come join us for Dance Church... This Sunday HOWL will guide our journey on the dance floor. Movement class with Matthew Cavanna at 10am. Ecstatic Dance set with HOWL from 11am to 1pm. Tickets are limited, so make sure to buy them in advance on our website. A limited number of walk ins will be available at a higher price at the door. Ecstatic Dance is a free-from, loosely facilitated dance practice and movement journey guided by a professional DJ and held in a safe and sacred container. We come together to explore our uniqueness and connect to each other through the universal language of dance. No talking on the dance floor. We value inclusivity and acceptance. Let's come together and DANCE. To let go, to reconnect and to move forward... ALL BODIES ARE WELCOME. WE SHARE A LOVE FOR BASS HEAVY DANCE MUSIC AND MOVEMENT AS MEDICINE. MOVE HOW YOU WANT.
