Humboldt Spring Swing Dance Weekend: Young & Lovely

Join us for an evening of live music from our favorite local glam jazz band, Young & Lovely! This is an opportunity to dance and practice what you learned from our visiting instructors, Lauren Smith and Peter Flahiff from Seattle! WHEN 6-count Lindy lesson* 8:00-8:30pm Live music 8:30-10:30pm *6-count Lindy lesson will be taught by Dominic Romano and Aleisha Bradley. WHERE Arcata Veterans Memorial Building 1425 J St, Arcata, CA 95521 WHO Young & Lovely give an engaging and joyfully theatrical performance that invites the audience to be transported back in time to the days of Ella Fitzgerald, Nat King Cole and Frank Sinatra. The sisters are always dressed to the nines and enjoy engaging with audience members through coy comments and enthusiastic performing.
