Several buses along Park Lane and Knightsbridge. Bus Stop Park Lane Hilton and Hyde Park Corner. PLAN B Victoria Memorial in front of Buckingham Palace. No problems there with police or security. Notes: Bring water. Though The Serpentine Bar and Kitchen is close by. Toilets are at the Serpentine Bar. There are closer toilets charging 20p. Bring 20p coins. There are no chairs. Bring a folding chair or stool if you need to sit. A few can sit on the steps. Or lean against the railings. Bring a picnic rug. Bring old shoes. But the floor is very smooth. There will be photos and filming by the organisers and other tangueros and inevitably by members of the public. These will be published on social media such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
