I AM Dance, Yoga and Massage Retreat For: couples, family, friends, colleagues, singles, anyone who is up for spending some time for themselves. Classes: Dance: Contact Impro, Stopping Movements, Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba and Afro Fusion (Berthon) Yoga: Yoga for everybody. From a powerfull Vinyasa Flow to a more soft Yin practice. We will adjust the classes suitable for everybody, so that everyone can feel welcome. The more experienced yogi, but also the yogi who has no experience with yoga and would like to try: everybody is welcome! (Yuna) Massage: You can book the following massages at the retreat. Thai Yoga Massage. Traditional Thai massage uses no oils or lotions. The recipient remains clothed during a treatment. There is constant body contact between the giver and receiver, but rather than rubbing on muscles, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked. (Berthon and Yuna) Relaxation massage. Relaxation massage is a gentle massage that uses smooth, gliding strokes to help you relax without focusing on easing any muscle soreness or tension. The massage therapist will move at a slower pace and use lighter pressure and oils. (Yuna) Extra's: we will organize extra activities you can join. Think of SUP-Yoga, beachday and dance parties like Latin Lounge, where you can practice the moves you learned. Price: included are yoga and dance classes, drinks; water and tea, food; lunch and healthy snacks. Excluded: transportation, place to stay (you can check Cura Vida Center if you’d like to stay with us), breakfast, dinner, massages and some of the extra activities. Day pass : $ 100 or FL 150 Weekend pass: $ 250 or FL 300 Week pass: $500 or FL600 Location: Cura Vida Center (CVC), Zuid Popo 38, close to Abrahamsz, on the beautifull island Curaçao.
