Ecstatic Dance is a free form of dance - with no guidance, no talk - in which dancers abandon themselves to the rhythm and move as the music takes them, leading to feelings of serenity, connection to self, sometimes trance and ecstasy. It is a journey: with self, with elements of nature, with others. Embodied meditation. Release. Work-out. Musical travel. Self-healing. Room for grief, for relief, for joy. Space for true singularity and authenticity. Human connections. Nature contemplation. Body-care. Soul-care. A prayer. ❤️ Drop-in, open your heart, connect with community, dance, sing, listen and feel. WHAT TO BRING? - Your authentic self, curious mind and open heart ♡. - Water bottle (it will be HOT!). - A cushion/cloth to sit on to be comfortable. - Your creations, books, flyers - anything you're proud to share with the community. - Healthy food/drink to share if you're staying for diner after the dance, a cup, cutlery, etc. (aiming at zero waste). - Instruments if you want to jam at the end of the evening. Cet amour pur et innocent qui est vraiment présent dans chaque personne que vous croisez sur votre chemin, dans chaque animal, dans chaque plante... dans chaque atome de la réalité dans laquelle nous sommes suspendus ? Pouvez-vous laisser la force océanique de votre cœur être ressentie et partagée avec les autres ? 🏄🏼 Surfons sur la vague de l'amour ! Soyez vrai ! ❤️ QUOI APPORTER ? - Votre moi authentique, votre esprit curieux et votre cœur ouvert ♡. - Une bouteille d'eau (il fera CHAUD !). - Un coussin/un tissu sur lequel s'asseoir pour être à l'aise. - Vos creations, livres, flyers - tout ce que vous voulez partager avec la communauté. - De la nourriture/boisson saine à partager si vous restez dîner après la danse, une tasse, des couverts, etc. (ZERO dechets). - Vos instruments si vous souhaitez "jammer" à la fin de la soirée. QUE DOIS-JE SAVOIR ? - Nous danserons pieds nus sur un tapis vert et doux fabriqué par la Nature (herbe ㋡). - Nous créons un espace sain sans alcool. - Rejoignez le voyage avec de belles âmes!
