Flowing from this sweet place of fully being into free form ecstatic dance with music ranging from deep grooving beats to sing-along remixes to beautiful cultural melodies ... sure to draw you into movement magic and community connection. We continue to grow and thrive on our weekly virtual dance floor and take that amazing energy generate out into our daily lives.
