Alice Heller, a Brown Belt Nia Technique instructor and African dance teacher will lead a Nia inspired warm-up blending the grounding of the martial arts, alignment of healing arts to energize your dance; set to fabulous soul stirring music to cultivate positive energy. Followed by heat-igniting beats with DJ's Journey Weaver & Luminus. Share, invite your family and friends that you want to dance with.
