This time with a special African Dance / Yoga warm up teacher Lola Remy. Drop in from wherever you are, shake off the pandemic blues, get lost in the waves of uplifting music and connect with new and familiar friends. We've been joined by dancers from both coasts, Europe and Asia. The dance floor can fill up fast ( 100 is the limit) so be sure to grab a spot early and enjoy the sweet journey with us all.
