What to Expect: 🌱 Cacao Ceremony – We’ll begin by sharing a ceremonial cup of cacao, an ancient plant medicine used to open the heart and quiet the mind. With each sip, we’ll set our intentions, ground ourselves, and prepare to step into an open, present state. 💃 Ecstatic Dance – Allow your body to move freely to the rhythm of music that invites you to let go and express your truest self. This is a safe, non-judgmental space where there’s no "right" way to move—just your way. Let the music be your guide as you release, renew, and celebrate life. Come as you are—whether you’re new to cacao or a seasoned dancer, you’re welcome here.
