You will be welcomed and held by Sybille, Monica and Freya. In this embodiment workshop you will explore expressing your feelings, allowing them amongst women. What if you have feelings to empower you and to nurture you to have deeper connection with yourself? 💫 Feed your creative fire and what it is in you that wants to be brought to life. 💫 Explore and bring your authenticity in your movements 💫 Be with women in your radiance. We will be moving into a embodied freedom movement cycle, cacao activation, exercises in conscious anger and connective feelings practices. We will have a shared potluck lunch, please bring an offering, something small and simple that can be served cold. Teas will be provided - bring your own mug for this as well as for the cacao. Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely, a light blanket or shawl, a cushion and a journal.
